About Our Practice

The HomeBased Therapist is a mental wellness counseling practice that offers a safe, nurturing, and confidential environment where individuals, couples, and families can talk about life's challenges, and find effective solutions that build and support healthy relationships. In-home counseling is offered when office-based therapy is insufficient in meeting the needs of families in crisis.

Working with a professional mental health provider can lead to improvement in oneself and one's relationships by providing support, insight and strategies to reduce feelings of distress and resolve specific problems. The HomeBased Therapist allows you to face difficulties constructively and confidently while offering an opportunity for growth and healing that frees you to enjoy the goodness of life.

The HomeBased Therapist utilizes a strength-based, systems approach to improve functioning of individuals at home, school, work and in the community. Creative solutions are individually tailored, family centered, community-based, culturally competent and outcome-oriented.
